Privacy notice

LogoLap connects athletes and influencers with brands. Athletes sell race sponsorships. Influencers sell content. One person can be both. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). LogoLap is for people aged 18 and over.

What we collect and why

• Account: name, email and role (athlete, influencer, or brand), to run your account and sign you in. Creators can be an athlete, an influencer, or both.
• Athlete profile: name, photo, city, country, sport, division, level, bio, social handles and follower counts, races and kit sizes. These appear on your public page and to brands so they can sponsor you.
• Influencer media kit: Instagram and TikTok handles, follower counts, average views, engagement rate, niche tags, and the countries where your audience is largest. You type these in. We do not pull them from Instagram or TikTok. They appear on your public page and to brands so they can book you and match a campaign to your niche.
• Body stats (optional, with your consent): body type, height, weight and body fat, used only to generate your avatar. They are never shown to brands or on your public page. Influencers who do not use an avatar do not need to provide them.
• Face photos (optional, with your consent): used only to train a face model so your avatar looks like you.
• Brand profile: business name, logo, website, city, country and description, shown to creators and on the spots or content you sponsor.
• Deals and payments: offers, amounts, due dates, payout status, race-day proof photos, the live post URL, and a UGC file link, to run and settle sponsorships. To check a post is live we request that URL, which contacts Instagram or TikTok. We store whether it responded, which platform it was, and when we checked. Payments are handled by Airwallex: we never see or store your bank details.

How we use it

To run your account, show creator pages, match brands with athletes and influencers, check that a submitted post is live, process payments and payouts, and contact you about your deals. Campaign ranking uses the niche, engagement, and package price you entered. We don't use your data for advertising.

What is public

An athlete page shows your name, photo, avatar, upcoming race, division, race history, social handles and which brands sponsor you. An influencer page shows your media kit: handles, follower counts, average views, engagement, niche, audience countries, package prices and due dates, and the names of brands you have completed content for, with the type of post. Someone who is both sees both. Anyone with the link can see the page, and you can share it. It is hidden from search engines unless you turn that on, and you can hide the page completely on your profile.

Don't put anything in your profile you don't want public. Race-day proof photos, the post URL, and a UGC file are shared only with the sponsoring brand. Please crop or blur other people in photos. A post you publish on Instagram or TikTok is public on that platform according to your settings there. Your email address, body stats and payment details are never public.

Who we share it with

• Brands on LogoLap: your creator profile, media kit, listings and deal details, plus the proof for deals they are in.
• Instagram or TikTok: only the post URL, when we check that it is live. We do not send them your LogoLap account.
• Higgsfield (AI image generation): body stats and face photos, if you consent. Processed outside Singapore.
• Clerk (sign-in), Vercel (hosting and image storage), Neon (database, Singapore region) and Airwallex (payments).

Where data is processed outside Singapore, we require the provider to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. Proof photos, post links, file links, and the live-check result are deleted 365 days after a deal ends. When you delete your account we delete your profile, including social handles, follower counts, audience stats and niche, your race entries, listings, unsold body spots, generated avatars and sign-in, and remove your name, messages and proof from past deals. We keep the amounts, dates and payment references of past deals for 5 years because the law requires financial records. Security logs (account ids and actions, no profile details) are kept for up to a year.

Your choices and rights

• Correct your details, including audience stats and niche, any time on your profile, or ask us to fix anything you can't edit yourself.
• Withdraw body-stats consent by unticking it on your profile. We delete the stats when you save.
• Delete your face data, or your whole account, from the Account & data page.
• Turn athlete or influencer on or off in settings. At least one must stay on.
• Download a copy of your data from the Account & data page, or email our Data Protection Officer at privacy.privacy@logolap.com.
• We don't send marketing messages. If we ever do, we'll ask you first.
