Version 2026-10-24

LogoLap is a marketplace where creators sell sponsorships and brands buy them. An athlete sells logo spots on their race kit and body for a specific race. An influencer sells content packages. One person can be both. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. You must be 18 or older.

Money

Photos, posts, and licence

Creators keep copyright in their race-day photos, posts, and videos. By uploading race-day photos, the athlete gives the sponsoring brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to share those photos on its own channels to show the sponsorship, and gives LogoLap the same licence to show the deal on the public page and to promote LogoLap.

By submitting a live post URL, the influencer gives the sponsoring brand a non-exclusive licence to share that post on the brand's own channels to show the sponsorship, and gives LogoLap the same licence to show the deal on the public page and to promote LogoLap. The post stays on the influencer's account.

By delivering a UGC video, the influencer gives the sponsoring brand a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish that file on the brand's own channels, and gives LogoLap a licence to show that a deal happened. Brands may not edit a photo, post, or video to change what the creator appears to endorse, or use it in paid ads, without the creator's written agreement.

Conduct and accounts

Liability

You race at your own risk. Posts you publish are your own, including if a platform removes them or changes who sees them. To the extent the law allows, LogoLap is not liable for injury, race results, a platform's actions, a brand's products, or a creator's conduct, and our total liability for any deal is limited to the fee we earned on it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

FAQ

Can I be an athlete and an influencer? Yes. Pick one at sign-up, then turn the other on in settings. Race spots and content packages stay separate deals.

Do content packages use takeovers? No. Takeovers apply only to body spots, and only until that spot's cutoff.

What counts as proof of a post? A live public Instagram or TikTok URL for the agreed format. We request the link and accept it only if it responds. A UGC deal is proved with the video file.

Do creators earn tokens? No. LogoLap has no token. A completed placement pays the creator in cash: their share of what the brand paid. LogoLap keeps the fee. Nothing is added on top, and nothing is stored as a balance.

Can a brand prepay credit? No. Each placement is paid in full at checkout by PayNow or card. Nothing is stored as credit.

Who holds the money? The payment provider. LogoLap does not hold customer funds in a wallet. After the creator submits proof, the brand approves the payout, or it is released automatically after 5 days with no response.

Can I cancel a deal after paying? Yes, until proof is submitted. Within 24 hours of paying (and more than 24 hours before the post or race date) you get everything back. After that you get 75% back, or 50% in the last 24 hours or once the creator has started. The deal page shows your current refund and when it changes. See Cancellations and refunds.

What if the creator cancels? You're refunded in full and no fee is charged.

Why do you ask for a company name at checkout? PayNow notifications often leave out the payer's name. The company name you enter is what we compare against your registered company.
